Job summary
A technology company in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Operations Executive for full-time, permanent employment. The role involves managing daily operational tasks, monitoring workflows, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma or degree in a relevant field and possess 2-3 years of experience in operations. Excellent communication skills in English and Malay are essential. - Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in relevant fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in operations or administration is preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Malay.

- Coordinate and manage daily operational tasks.
- Monitor workflows and ensure compliance.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports.
- Liaise with internal departments and vendors.
- Assist in planning and improving operational processes.

Prepare, maintain, and update operational reports, records, and documentation.
Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external parties to support operational requirements.
Assist in planning, executing, and improving operational processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Handle operational issues and follow up on resolutions in a timely manner.
Assist in cost control, tracking expenses, and preparing operational data for management review.
Ensure accurate data entry and proper filing of operational documents.
Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Sales & Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2–3 years of working experience in operations, administration, or a related role (fresh graduates may be considered)
Knowledge of the WHMCS system will be an added advantage.
Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills in both English and Malay.
Confident and optimistic personality with creative vision.
Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
