Job summary

A travel and tours company in Putrajaya is seeking a detail-oriented Operation Executive. In this full-time position, you will manage booking data, coordinate with clients, and support overall operations in the hospitality industry. Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operation Executive to join our team at EMPAYAR RAZALI TRAVEL & TOURS SDN. BHD. in Putrajaya. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations within the hospitality and tourism industry.

Job Responsibilities
  • Retrieve booking data from the booking system and record in the spreedsheet.
  • Prepare and manage rooming lists.
  • Prepare and update travel manifests accurately.
  • Perform airport duties to assist and guide Jemaah during departure.
  • Coordinate with Jemaah for outstanding payments and ensure timely settlement.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating Umrah courses (Kursus Umrah), including preparation of materials, venue, and communication with Jemaah.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, bookings, and payment documentation.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with Jemaah, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the journey.
  • Support overall operational activities and perform any other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in travel/tour operations (experience in umrah/hajj operations is an advantage).
  • Fresh Graduate encourage to apply.
