The Operations Executive manages and coordinates certified supply chain operations across multiple sustainability and regulatory standards, including RSPO, MSPO, ISCC, and Organic certifications. This role ensures accurate traceability, inventory control, compliant material movements, and timely system transactions. The position supports mass balance reconciliation, stock monitoring, logistics coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain certification integrity, operational transparency, and sustainable supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer supply chain certification and traceability systems including RSPO, MSPO, ISCC, and Organic standards.
- Ensure full compliance with certification requirements, regulatory standards, and internal SOPs across all certified operations.
- Maintain accurate records for certified purchases, production, transfers, and sales to ensure end-to-end traceability.
- Perform mass balance tracking, reconciliation, and regular reporting of certified materials and products.
- Monitor inventory levels and stock movements for certified and non-certified materials across plants, tanks, and warehouses.
- Coordinate inter-plant transfers, tanker loading, dispatch, and receipt with proper documentation and system updates.
- Ensure timely and accurate transactions in ERP systems and certification platforms.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and data for internal reviews, management reporting, and external certification audits.
- Act as a key liaison with operations, logistics, warehouse, and sustainability teams to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
- Identify process gaps, support continuous improvement initiatives, and strengthen supply chain transparency and sustainability performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Sustainability, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in operations, supply chain management, refinery or palm oil processing, or certification/traceability-related roles.
- Good working knowledge of sustainability and supply chain certification standards such as RSPO, MSPO, ISCC, Organic, or similar schemes is highly advantageous.
- Hands‑on experience in mass balance accounting, inventory monitoring, stock reconciliation, and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis, with high attention to accuracy and detail.
- Able to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders including operations, logistics, warehouse, commercial, and sustainability teams.
- Strong sense of responsibility, compliance awareness, and integrity in handling certified materials and data.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced operational environment with minimal supervision.
- Possess good communication, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement skills.
