Job summary

A cleaning service company based in Kuala Lumpur is hiring for a position responsible for overseeing daily operations. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operations for cleaning service sites in Kuala Lumpur and Pahang.
  • Travel to Pahang for approximately 1 week as required to deliver cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Collect attendance records and operational reports from all branches in KL & Pahang.
  • Monitor staff performance, attendance, and work discipline at site level.
  • Handle staff disciplinary issues, misconduct cases, and prepare reports for management.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure cleaning quality meets contract requirements.
  • Perform hands-on cleaning work including floor scrubbing and machine scrubbing when required.
  • Assist site teams during manpower shortages or special cleaning tasks.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and clients to resolve operational issues.
