Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc operational audits for all outlets covering SOP compliance, cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, pricing, and staff workflow.
  • Monitor stock movement and inventory control across branches to minimize shrinkage, detect discrepancies, and ensure proper stock handling procedures are followed.
  • Develop, review, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to standardize store operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure all branches strictly follow company policies, operational standards, and reporting structure.
  • Analyze store performance data including sales trends, manpower productivity, stock turnover, and operational weaknesses.
  • Work closely with Branch Managers and Supervisors to identify operational gaps and provide corrective action plans.
  • Prepare detailed audit and performance reports with clear findings and recommendations for management review.
  • Assist in implementing new operational strategies, workflows, and process improvements across outlets.
  • Support the Manager in coordinating store operational matters and ensuring execution at branch level.
  • Conduct follow-ups after audits to ensure branches take corrective actions within the timeline given.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in retail operations or store auditing.
  • Strong analytical and observation skills.
  • Willing to travel to branches when required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
