This Position reports to: Team Lead - Talent Acquisition COE
In this role, you will play a vital role in the Talent Acquisition function, partnering with the business and HR leaders to provide technical expertise and solutions to current and future challenges, including Employer Branding. You will drive energizing initiatives across Malaysia & Indonesia, attracting the best candidates in line with Global and business strategies.
This position will be for a two-year fixed-term contract with ABB.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid, Onsite #LI-Onsite
This role contributes across all Business Areas in the region and is based out in Malaysia. Main stakeholders are Talent Acquisition Community, Business Leaders, HRBPs and Employees.
