A beauty and skincare company in Kuala Lumpur seeks an individual to manage live streaming activities. The role includes recruiting hosts, developing brand strategies, and monitoring performance metrics. Candidates should have hands-on experience with streaming tools like OBS and TikTok Studio, along with strong communication skills. A flexible schedule is preferred due to varied work hours, including weekends. This position offers additional commission for hosting duties.
Recruit, onboard, and manage in-house hosts to maintain content quality and consistency.
Provide coaching and feedback on streaming performance, presentation skills, and audience engagement.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and optimize based on data
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy for livestreaming activities.
Strategize suitable ways to engage audiences during livestreams, promote interaction and develop a community around the brand.
Collaborate with marketing team to plan livestreaming content that aligns with the brands message and objectives
Stay updated on livestreaming platforms' features, trends and algorithms.
Optimize livestreaming content for different platform and audiences.
Additional Commission will be provided for candidates who take on hosting duties.
To host livestream session.
To prepare the scripts and flow of the livestream & making sure the livestream runs smoothly.
Drive traffic and engagement through interacting with viewers, presenting products & services, attending to queries, and leading the overall flow of the livestream in a brisk and lively mood.
To set up Livestream Promotional tools. e.g. Livestream Panel/ LIVE product sets/ LIVE Giveaway/ LIVE coupons.
