About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistic & Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team at Orgabio Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. in Semenyih, Selangor. As a full-time Logistic & Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our warehousing, storage, and distribution operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective logistics strategies to support the company's overall objectives

Managing the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, order fulfilment, and transportation planning

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes and identify areas for improvement

Monitoring and analysing logistics data to generate insights and make data-driven decisions

Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Leading and motivating a team of logistics personnel, including coordinating schedules and delegating tasks

Continually exploring and implementing innovative logistics solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Minimum 8 years of experience in a logistics management role, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address logistics challenges

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders

Proficient in using logistics management software and data analysis tools

Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices in logistics and supply chain management

Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team
