A leading loan management company in Malaysia, based in Selangor, seeks a dedicated individual to assist in managing customer loan applications. Responsibilities include liaising with customers, agents, and lawyers to streamline the application process. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration and have a positive attitude. Fresh graduates are welcome, and training will be provided as part of the onboarding process. Yearly bonuses are based on company performance.
Liase with customers to assist in the loan application process with related agencies.
Liase with agents and developers to obtain the information needed to resolve customers loan applications.
Liase with lawyers to obtain the information needed to resolve customers loan applications.
Manage customers loan application documentation and submit completed documents to the relevant agencies.
Ensure customers loan applications are approved within the stipulated time frame.
Manage reports for agents and developers and communicate the reports periodically to them.
Yearly bonus (depend on company performance).
