A reputable hospital group in Malaysia is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to lead hospital operations. You will oversee various departments, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to regulations, all while supporting high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree and have a minimum of 8 years of experience in hospital operations, preferably in a private setting. Strong organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
To lead the operations in the hospitals.
Oversee the smooth functioning of various departments within the hospital, including admissions, discharges, and patient flow.
To work together with the Regional Manager, stakeholders in the specific hospital and the team in HQ to re-engineer , improve, develop and operationalise a pragmatic personalise patients flow.
Coordinating and supervising staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and managing employee performance.
Managing departmental budgets, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Ensuring the hospital adheres to all relevant regulations and quality standards.
Identifying areas for improvement in operational processes and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.
Collaborating with various departments such as nursing, imaging, laboratory, and specialist clinics to ensure seamless operations.
Supporting the delivery of quality patient care by coordinating services and resources.
Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Overseeing the maintenance and safety of the hospital facilities.
Work together with the team in HQ at all times to address issues and proactively initiate improvement activities to ensure high quality efficient patient centric operation in the hospital.
