Job Responsibilities for Platform Operations
- Manage online Tik Tok platforms.
- Upload, edit, and maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, and stock availability.
- Monitor daily store performance, order flow, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, and product launches.
- Analyze online sales data, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.
- Manage scheduling, inventory movement, and documentation for production logistics.
Job Responsibilities for Livestream Operation
- Monitor live stream performance in real time (traffic, engagement, conversions) and provide live support.
- Analyze live stream data (viewer retention, sales performance, peak times) and optimize strategies.
- Manage end-to-end operations of live commerce sessions, including product planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Conduct basic training for Live Hosts on presentation, communication, and on‑camera presence.
- Set up and operate livestream equipment such as cameras, lighting, and screens; knowledge of OBS or similar systems is required.
Job Requirements
- Experience in managing online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, or Tik Tok) is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Preferable with working knowledge of Chinese and English.
- Ability to work independently.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.
