Key Responsibilities
- Livestream Operations & Coordination: Execute livestream plans and schedules in line with campaigns and promotions. Coordinate with hosts, moderators, and production teams to ensure smooth livestream execution. Monitor livestream sessions in real time and troubleshoot technical or operational issues. Manage livestream operations using OBS Studio and optimize audio/visual setups.
- Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Track key livestream KPIs such as GMV, engagement rate, and Enter Room Rate. Monitor real-time analytics, make on-the-spot adjustments, and prepare post-livestream reports. Analyse performance data and audience feedback to improve livestream quality and content strategy.
- Content & Team Management: Design and optimize livestream visuals (text, layout, backgrounds, stickers, GIFs). Train, schedule, and supervise livestream hosts; monitor and evaluate host performance. Implement standard procedures and guidelines to maintain livestream quality. Work closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure inventory readiness and aligned promotions. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of hosts and moderators. Stay updated on livestream trends, tools, and platform policies.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience
- 2–3 years’ experience in live commerce, eCommerce, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as TikTok Live, Shopee Live, or Lazada Live.
- Managing TikTok: 1 year (Preferred)
Skills
- Proficient in OBS Studio and basic video editing tools.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings or campaign-based shifts.
