• Expected salary: RM2,500 - RM3,500 per month

We are seeking a candidate to lead our online marketing efforts. If you are passionate about digital marketing campaigns and developing customer-focused strategies, you might be the perfect fit.

Your main responsibilities will include generating sales leads, presenting proposals to expand our client base, and managing our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, 小红书, and TikTok in both English and Chinese. This role encompasses lead generation, content creation, digital marketing, and other marketing tasks. You will collaborate with other teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Marketing / PR / Advertising / Business

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including social media content creation and advertising.
• Maintain a positive, business-minded approach with strong customer orientation.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in target markets for our products and services.
• Engage potential clients and channels proactively to drive sales and business growth.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business operations and marketing challenges.
• Provide recommendations and advice on suitable digital marketing services.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that meet client needs.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns for peak performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market positioning to inform strategies.
• Align with the company's goals to enhance KPIs and performance.
• Innovate marketing initiatives to promote the brand, create awareness, and stay competitive.
• Utilize data and analytical tools to understand platform algorithms and optimize performance.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, maintaining consistent brand voice and adhering to brand guidelines.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in business development is advantageous.
• Experience in lead generation through SEO, content, and performance marketing.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising.
• Professional certification or diploma in Marketing/Business or related training, with strong responsibility, attention to detail, time management, multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Active users of 小红书 and TikTok are a plus.
