- Liaise closely with the design team, contractors and clients to address any issues or challenges that arise during the project implementation phase
- Monitor work progress, quality and safety compliance, and provide regular updates to the project manager
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, and ensure their timely delivery to the site
- Collaborate with the team to resolve any design or technical problems that may occur during the project
- Ensure adherence to all relevant building codes, regulations and safety protocols
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior site personnel to develop their skills and capabilities
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interior design or construction projects
- Thorough understanding of interior design principles, construction techniques and project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors and the design team
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to make timely decisions on‑site
- Proficient in reading and interpreting design drawings, specifications and technical documents
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and mentor junior personnel
