The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of retail management experience, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in driving sales growth. Establish, track, and drive sales, retail marketing, and operational targets across all stores within the assigned region.
Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, provide on-site coaching, and execute improvement action plans.
Review regional sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and operational procedures across all stores.
Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention initiatives to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock levels.
Monitor store-level expenses and ensure cost efficiency and effective resource utilization.
Lead the recruitment, training, and development of store management and key retail staff across multiple locations.
Build and sustain a high-performance culture that drives employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
Conduct performance evaluations and develop succession plans for critical store leadership roles.
Uphold excellent customer service standards and ensure consistent brand presentation across all retail locations.
Manage escalated customer issues promptly and reinforce a customer-first mindset within store teams.
Act as the primary liaison between regional stores and Head Office functions, including Marketing, HR, and Merchandising.
Prepare and present regular regional performance reports to the Back Office management team.
Support the execution of regional promotions, new store openings, and localized marketing initiatives.
