Job summary
A hospitality company located in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Operation Executive to ensure smooth property operations and provide guests with excellent experiences. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience in hospitality or customer service, and strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English. Responsibilities include coordinating guest check-ins, managing cleaning services, and maintaining unit conditions. Competitive salary and benefits, including EPF and Socso, are provided.

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Operation Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and delivering excellent guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Set up the units according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the homestay units.
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Arrange cleaning services and ensure the units are well-maintained.
- Ensure the units are clean and in good condition at all times.
- Coordinate with cleaning staff and maintenance personnel to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Own transport to travel to homestay units.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) to deal with Chinese-speaking clients.
Working Day:
- 1 week 6 day / 1 week 5 day (Alternative)
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- EPF and Socso provided.
- Annual leave is provided.
- Office located nearby to MRT station for convenience.
