Job summary

A global healthcare company in Malaysia is looking for a SHE Coordinator to support the SHE Manager and manage SHE-related responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health or a related field, along with 3-5 years’ experience in SHE roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector. Strong knowledge of local SHE legislation and excellent communication skills are crucial. The role promotes a strong SHE culture and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a SHE role, preferably in pharmaceutical environments.
  • Registered Green Book Competent Person advantageous.
  • Strong skills in training facilitation and emergency response management.

Responsibilities

  • Support SHE Manager in all SHE-related matters and promote a strong SHE culture.
  • Conduct SHE audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Implement and document risk assessment processes.
  • Coordinate training of the Emergency Response Team.
  • Act as BCM Deputy and Lead Record Management Coordinator.
