Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support daily operational and purchasing activities.

  • Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Coordinate goods deliveries and ensure timely receipt.
  • Perform physical goods receiving and update inventory systems.
  • Prepare operational and inventory reports.

Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Operation, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in operation, supply chain and administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and experience with any related software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive and responsible team player with good communication and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support daily operational and purchasing activities to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Assist with purchase requisitions, sourcing, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels, review long lead-time items, and work closely with the operations team to ensure sufficient stock for operational needs.
  • Prepare, issue, and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs), including PO confirmations, backlogs, payment status, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate and track goods deliveries, ensure timely receipt, and follow up on any discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Perform physical goods receiving, update inventory systems, and prepare incoming inspection and receiving reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, deliveries, and related documentation (both digital and physical).
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational and inventory reports.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on operational planning, purchasing requirements, and business priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and internal controls related to operations and purchasing.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
