A dynamic co-living property management company is looking for an Operation Executive to manage day-to-day operations in Johor. The ideal candidate will ensure tenant satisfaction, maintain occupancy rates, and perform property management tasks. Responsibilities include inspections, tenant engagement, and reporting. Candidates must have relevant diplomas and experience, possess organizational skills, and be willing to relocate to the Johor office. Training provided with additional benefits including annual leave and commission.
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Operation Executive to manage day-to-day co-living operations and ensure a seamless living experience for our tenants. This role supports tenant satisfaction, property management, and occupancy targets across multiple properties. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while meeting operational KPIs.
This role requires relocation to our Johor office. Training will be provided at our HQ in Subang Jaya prior to relocation.
Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in operations or property management, preferably in co-living, real estate, or hospitality.
Willing to be relocated to our Johor office.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Willing to work weekends and evenings when required.
Must possess own transport and a valid driving license (mandatory).
