Join Hong Leong Bank as an Executive in Personal Financial Services focusing on auto loan sales, driving loan portfolio growth and dealer relationships.

• Meet sales targets by securing new quality auto loans aligned with management’s portfolio strategy.
• Maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including car dealers.
• Ensure loan application documents comply with guidelines and authenticate identification, income, and vehicle documents.
• Obtain customer consent before proceeding with loan applications and conduct thorough KYC interviews.
• Perform accurate data entry in LOAD$ system and conduct CTOS enquiries.
• Prepare credit recommendations and update dealers daily on loan application status.
• Ensure timely issuance of Letter of Undertaking and follow up on Hire Purchase Agreement execution.
• Serve Product Disclosure Sheet and brief customers on Hire Purchase Agreement content, witnessing agreement execution.
• Investigate and follow up on delayed approval and disbursement cases.
• Prepare proposals for panel dealerships and conduct site visits as required.
• Assist new joiners as a buddy and provide guidance when needed.
• Develop and manage relationships with car dealers and support cross-selling efforts within Hong Leong Group.
• Adhere to department SOPs ensuring compliance with audit, regulatory, and compliance guidelines.
• Perform additional ad hoc duties assigned by management.

• At least SPM/'O' Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, or equivalent in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and dealers.
• Own transport for work purposes.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent adaptability and execution skills.
• Fresh graduates or minimum 1 year working experience in banking or auto industry.
