A recruitment agency is seeking a Country SCM Manager in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, to oversee all SCM activities and ensure compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include managing shared services and supply chain strategies in collaboration with the Regional HQ. Candidates require at least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or shared services, including supervisory experience. ■ JOB SUMMARY The Country SCM manager is responsible for all SCM activities within their country, ensure all processes and practices comply with country regulations. The role also includes managing the Order Management (OM) shared services responsibilities and to local execution with global standards. The role works closely with Regional Head Quarter (RHQ) SCM by providing country-specific insights for the successful development of Regional SCM strategies. As SCM business partner to the country, the role also works with key stakeholders and managers to ensure the effective, efficient, and compliant delivery of SCM services to meet business needs and support country growth.

Requirement
■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Minimum 5 years' experience in the field of Supply Chain Management, logistics or shared services, with 1 years of supervisory experience.
・Must possess experience in Shared Service Order Management
・Knowledge of Planning & Budgeting, Logistics, and Finance & Accounting.
ADVANTAGES
・SAP application knowledge for SD and MM modules will be advantage.
・Detailed knowledge of governing bodies, procedures and regulatory rules & policies.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
・Analytical and presentation skills with strong knowledge in supply chain operations.
・Effective team leader and player with high motivation.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
