• Maintain proper documentation and filing of records

• Communicate with team leads regarding data inconsistencies or required updates

• Meet daily or weekly productivity targets

• Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 WPM with high accuracy)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace

• A reliable internet connection and access to a laptop/PC

• Good command of English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is a plus

• No prior experience required – full training will be provided
