Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; e-commerce experience is a plus.

- Attention to detail and basic Microsoft Excel/Word skills expected.

- Assist in managing daily online orders and product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Support online and offline customer enquiries, after‑sales, and sales follow‑ups.
- Help with purchase requests, supplier coordination, and stock management.
- Maintain records, prepare simple reports, and support team operations.
- Participate in process improvements and ad hoc projects.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, E‑Commerce, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; e‑commerce or purchasing experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and basic Microsoft Excel/Word skills.
- Familiarity with Shopee/Lazada Seller Centre or SAP is a plus.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
