Our client is the exclusive distributor for several leading EU healthcare brands, maintaining strong trading connections across Europe. Operating three online stores on HKTV Mall and supplying over 100 wholesalers, they are rapidly expanding their product range and preparing to enter China’s RED NOTE, Little Red Book, TikTok, and other major Asian e-commerce platforms.

Job & Responsibilities:

• We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive to manage HKTV Mall operations, handle system data entry, and support marketing activities. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the fast-moving online retail industry.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on HKTV Mall.
  • Handle daily data entry, including purchase orders, inventory, and sales reports.
  • Coordinate warehouse operations, stock checks, and repacking tasks.
  • Generate invoices using the Odoo system and prepare sales/inventory reports.
  • Assist the marketing team with sample distribution, live shows, and promotional logistics.
  • Monitor customer Q&A, reviews, and competitor pricing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
• Detail-minded with good numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), both written and spoken.
• Customer service or e-commerce experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Fresh graduates with strong learning attitude are welcome.
