Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the planning team in preparing and updating production, delivery, and inventory plans;
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and planning schedules;
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation related to supply chain planning;
  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely supply and delivery;
  • Monitor stock levels and highlight potential shortages or overstock situations;
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document control;
  • Follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders on order status and delivery schedules;
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and supply chain policies;
  • Ensure proper record filing and documentation;
  • Any other ad-hoc task as and when required by the company.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to work on alternate Saturdays (half day)
