Job Summary
Support sales team with order processing, documentation, customer service, reporting, and coordination to ensure operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service (prompt response / feedback, ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery coordination, address and follow up customer complaints or concerns).
- Ensure all documents related to customers are filed, stored properly, and able to be retrieved easily.
- Reporting & Monitoring (Prepare weekly collection update, monthly sales forecast reports, assist in preparing sales management reports and support in monitoring departmental KPIs and performance trends).
- Participate actively in continuous improvement and quality management initiatives (internal SOPs, ISO standards, and company policies related to sales administration functions).
- Any other duties assigned.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 1-3 years of working experience in sales administration or customer service, preferably within the manufacturing or related industry.
- Experience handling sales documents and familiar with customer service, including managing inquiries, complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Experience in sales reporting, data entry, and coordinating with multiple departments (e.g., logistics, planning, production) is an added advantage
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM systems or ERP software is a strong advantage
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage in some sectors).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders, pricing and documentation.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
