Overview

Junior HR & Administrative Executive to assist the Head of Department in executing and monitoring the full spectrum of Human Resources and General Affairs to meet the Company’s Goals and Objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain HR administration databases on payroll, benefits, leave, personal and training records, renewal of foreign workers’ permits/passports, disciplinary procedures, files maintenance, etc., ensuring deadlines, statutory compliance, and standards.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures; support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Execute external HR errands at government agencies such as Immigration Department, Labour Department, SOCSO Office, Income Tax Office, etc.
  • Perform other duties to support departments when on call during irregular hours, rest days, and company-paid holidays when needed.
  • Be adaptable and willing to travel as needed to deliver results and contribute to team goals.
  • Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Experience in accessing SQL Payroll System and Time Recorder fingerprint system is an added advantage.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
