ZY MINERAL RESOURCES SDN BHD' is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kuantan, Pahang. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

Manage and maintain office operations, including filing, organisation, and record-keeping

Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail

Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required

Perform a variety of clerical duties, such as data entry and general office tasks

Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the office

What we're looking for

Diploma/Degree graduate. With or without of experience.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels

Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
