What you'll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the management team and various departments
  • Assisting the sales team with issuing the sales invoices.
  • Liaise with the team and update the actual quantity of current stocks.
  • Handling a diverse range of tasks, including data entry, document management, scheduling, and travel arrangements
  • Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and other company activities
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries
  • Maintaining and updating office systems, records, and procedures
  • Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
