Develop and execute long term and short-term strategies and marketing plans to promote the Hotels and its products & services.
Monitor all printed materials to ensure adherence to corporate identity standards.
Evaluate request for hotel donations of services/financial participation from civil, social and charitable organizations; respond to requests, coordinate reservations and preparation of gift certificates; serve as hotel’s representative on major civic or community programs.
Work closely with partners (i.e. banks, credit cards, brands), sales team and Hotels key stakeholders, to support and accelerate all activities on a local and regional level.
Maintain, upkeep and update the Hotels’ brand and marketing assets including press release, fact sheet, logo, brand guidelines, images, videos and any other relevant marketing collateral.
Attend all briefings, meetings and training courses as assigned by management.
Update and maintain the Hotels’ webpages, to ensure content accuracy.
Monitor, track and analyze Hotel websites traffic, Google Analytics, booking conversion and revenue.
Responsible for the planning and distribution of collateral, creative development and verification, coordination of photography and video production for the Hotels.
Initiate, plan and coordinate Hotels CSR activities.
Evaluate results of all brands, marketing, communications and advertising activities and prepare monthly reports, to be submitted to Hotel Manager, and Group Marketing (Head Office).
Perform any other ad-hoc matters as assigned by HOD / Hotel Manager or their assigned nominees.
Marketing & Campaign Management
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote hotel offerings, including accommodation, dining, events, and special packages.
Work closely with the hotels’ revenue, food & beverage and sales departments in creating marketing and promotion activities that generates awareness and deliver optimal revenue streams for the hotels.
Lead the coordination of marketing and promotional content; to ensure the hotel and departments are planned for implementation 3 to 4 months prior to the campaign date / event date / live implementation date. This involves technical meetings, coordination and discussion to ensure content is updated and details finalised.
Content Creation
Develop engaging content for various platforms (website, social media, email, and print) to communicate key hotel initiatives, news, and promotions.
Maintain updated hotel press kit to include news releases, Executive Committee biographies & photos.
Social Media Management
Manage hotel social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, responding to guest inquiries, and engaging with followers to build a strong online presence.
Submit stories/photos to media regularly. Monitor news coverage and circulate internally.
Branding
Ensure all communication materials align with brand guidelines and reflect the hotel’s values, mission, and unique selling points.
Oversee the creative development and adaptation of all promotional materials, website content, trade show materials, advertisements, and social media content for the Hotels, whilst ensuring creative excellence and brand consistency.
Media Relations
Coordinate with media representatives to arrange press releases, media events, and PR activities, including handling press inquiries and facilitating interviews.
Compose press release, promotional content and copywriting for all collateral (offline & online), to ensure content reflected are accurate and aligned to the brand directions and strategies.
Maintain good working relationships with local and international media.
Maintain current media lists: local and international travel, leisure, lifestyle, entertainment, business and food editors.
Execute media placements for hotels through news releases and personal contacts.
Digital Marketing
Support digital marketing efforts by creating and implementing content for online advertisements, SEO, email campaigns, and website updates.
Development of advertising programmes (online and offline), to ensure consistency and maximum impact in all categories – rooms, banquet and F&B. Evaluate effectiveness and ensure KPIs and/or marketing objectives are met.
Guest Engagement
Create and manage promotional events, loyalty programs, and other guest-centric initiatives to enhance guest experience and engagement.
Data Analysis
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, guest feedback, and online reviews to optimize future marketing strategies.
Work closely with the Sales, F&B and other related departments to ensure cohesive communication and a seamless guest experience.
