A dynamic e-commerce firm is seeking an experienced e-Commerce Specialist to lead online sales strategies and operations. The e-Commerce Specialist leads Ergoworks’ e-Commerce strategy, operations, and growth initiatives across owned and third‑party digital platforms. This role is responsible for driving sustainable online sales growth, enhancing end‑to‑end customer experience, and optimizing digital marketing and operational performance. The incumbent will oversee all e‑commerce operations, develop an integrated omnichannel approach, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to achieve business objectives.

Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous innovation.
Define, monitor, and achieve online sales targets, margin goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Oversee the development, optimization, and day‑to‑day management of e‑commerce platforms, including the Shopify website and online marketplaces.
Drive continuous UX/UI improvements, ensure accurate product listings, optimise site performance, and enhance the customer journey.
Collaborate with IT, product, and external partners on website enhancements, troubleshooting, and new feature launches.
Develop and execute integrated omni‑channel marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic and revenue growth.
Partner with the marketing team to plan and implement campaigns that improve conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention.
Track and analyse promotional performance, optimising campaign funnels to maximise ROI and revenue contribution.
Elevate customer satisfaction by implementing best‑in‑class e‑commerce and customer experience practices.
Design and execute personalised marketing and CRM initiatives to increase repeat purchases, retention, and customer lifetime value.
Work closely with Customer Service to ensure timely resolution of online enquiries, complaints, and returns.
Oversee e‑commerce operations, including order fulfilment, inventory planning, logistics, and distribution.
Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure efficient, cost‑effective, and reliable fulfilment processes.
Implement initiatives to improve fulfilment efficiency, reduce operational costs, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Demonstrate leadership capability to build and develop a future high‑performing e‑Commerce team.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Set clear objectives, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and drive team performance against strategic goals.
Promote cross‑functional collaboration to ensure a seamless and integrated omnichannel experience.
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and customer acquisition cost.
Prepare regular performance reports and insights to support decision‑making and demonstrate ROI of e‑commerce initiatives.
Apply data‑driven insights to continuously refine strategies and improve overall performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, e‑Commerce, or a related field.
Master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on e‑Commerce experience within retail, consumer, or lifestyle brands.
Strong working knowledge of e‑Commerce platforms and integrated tools (e.g. Shopify, Klaviyo, omni‑channel systems).
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), and A/B testing.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles, online merchandising, and customer experience optimisation.
Good understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and order fulfilment in an e‑commerce environment.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities.
Analytical and results‑driven mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
