Customer Service - Travelling / Reservation
Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Customer Service representative in Cyberjaya. The role involves responding to customer enquiries, managing escalations, and providing professional service. Ideal candidates should have some customer service experience and be fluent in Mandarin to communicate with clients. Fresh Diploma or Degree graduates are welcome to apply. Competitive salary of RM4000 - RM4200 with rotational shifts is offered.
Qualifications
- Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Fresh graduates with Diploma or Degree are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries through email and chat.
- Manage and escalate customer issues effectively.
- Follow documented processes for call flows and complaint management.
Skills
Education
Project: Travelling / Reservation / Hospitality Project
- Understand customer enquiries and respond via applicable channels: email, chat etc
- Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel
- Manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required
- Perform all procedures accurately, including following documented call flows, work processes, data entry requirements, and complaint management processes
- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied
- Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service
- Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner by following to processes
- Basic Salary RM4000 - RM4200
- Able to work Rotational Shift (24/7)
- Min SPM
- Preferred with Customer Service Experience
- Diploma/ Degree Fresh welcome to apply
