A leading manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced administrative professional to manage the e-TRiS portal and coordinate training logistics. The ideal candidate will ensure effective onboarding of new hires and maintain essential records. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, at least one year of experience, and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel and Canva. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential for this role.
HRD Corp Administration: Manage the full cycle of the e-TRiS portal, including grant applications before training and the timely submission of claims post-training to ensure full levy utilization and cost recovery.
Training Logistics & Coordination: Handle all logistics for internal and external programs, including venue booking, trainer liaison, refreshment coordination, and preparing training materials.
Record Management: Maintain and update the centralized training database. Ensure all relevant documents are digitally filed and organized.
Onboarding Support: Coordinate the administrative side of the orientation program, ensuring all new hires are scheduled for and complete their necessary induction modules.
Vendor Management: Act as the point of contact for external training providers, manage quotations, facilitate the onboarding of new vendors, and process invoices.
Reporting: Assist the L&D Manager in compiling relevant post-training reports and feedback summaries.
