A logistics company is seeking an experienced professional to manage customs documentation and logistics operations. The role involves coordinating with agents, preparing accurate customs documentation, providing updates on shipments, and managing driver-related claims. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in shipping and logistics, along with relevant qualifications. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic logistics team in Johor, Malaysia.
Coordinate with forwarding agents to prepare and verify customs documentation, including Customs Forms K1 (Import), K2 (Export), K9, ME Permit, and ensure all submissions are accurate and compliant.
Provide timely updates on shipment statuses and manage reverse logistics processes, ensuring efficient resolution of any issues that arise.
Prepare and submit monthly reports such as:
Customs Levy Receipts (Import & Export)
RHB Debit Card Reports for the Accounts Department
Manage driver-related claims including:
Monthly expense claims
Top-ups for Touch ‘n Go and Autopass cards
Oversee the renewal process for:
Puspakom inspections, Insurance, and APAD permits
Ensure full compliance with Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) rules and regulations.
Handle the renewal of LMW licenses, and submit monthly and yearly LMW reports to the Unit Gudang Pengilangan Berlesen.
Perform monthly inventory data entry and support stock control processes.
Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Superior as and when required.
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in shipping, logistics, or customs documentation
