We are seeking motivated operation assistant to join our team at WENG SENG FRESH SDN. BHD. in our Menglembu Perak office. This is a full-time position that will involve administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

• Performing general clerical duties such as filing and data entry
• Handling incoming calls and providing customer service support (when necessary)
• Maintaining and organizing office supplies and inventory
• Assisting with various administrative tasks as required by the team
• Contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the office

• Previous experience in operational or administrative role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Excel) & SQL system
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions accurately
