Pensolar Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and organised Human Resource and Administrator to join our team in George Town, Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and HR support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Handling all HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee records management
  • Providing administrative support across various departments, including scheduling, data entry, filing, and general office duties
  • Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinating employee training and development programmes
  • Serving as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries and requests
  • Supporting the management team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
What We\'re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems would be an advantage
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail
