Overview

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support company management with daily work. This role helps with scheduling, coordination, follow-ups, and simple admin tasks.

This job is suitable for someone who is organised, responsible, and willing to learn. You will be exposed to real business operations and gain experience beyond a normal office role.

Job Duties
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and reminders for management
  • Help arrange meetings, calls, and simple travel plans
  • Follow up on tasks, messages, and deadlines
  • Handle simple admin work, data entry, and document filing
  • Assist management with daily operational tasks
  • Communicate with internal team members and external partners
  • Support ad-hoc tasks when required
Requirements
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree (any field)
  • Able to use basic computer tools (WhatsApp, email, Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Can understand and speak simple English or Bahasa Malaysia
