Job description

Responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth production and alignment with departmental KPIs such as output, quality, manpower, material balance, 5S, and process improvements. In addition to managing workflow planning, SOP compliance, inventory accuracy, and team productivity. To support troubleshooting, plant trials, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION/ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Act as Plant Engineer/Supervisor.
• Achieve departmental KPIs, including:
  • Production Output: Plan workflows, schedules, and resource allocation to meet targets.
  • Product Quality: Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
  • Manpower Management: Handle workforce planning and optimize productivity.
  • Material Balance: Ensure physical inventory aligns with system records (raw materials, WIP, finished goods).
  • 5S Implementation: Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness according to 5S principles.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with Maintenance and Process Engineers to resolve issues and optimize operations.
• Involved in troubleshooting and project/plant trials to support new initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Continuously develop and improve production methods to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Report directly to the Production Manager and support decision‑making through accurate reporting and analysis.
• Work with other departments on any related operational tasks.

REQUIREMENT/COMPETENCIES
