We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Officer/Executive to join our dynamic team at Eonmetall Group Bhd in Penang. In this full‑time position, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall human resources functions within our organisation.

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Administer employee benefits and leave entitlements
• Assist in the recruitment and selection of new talent
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
• Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and HR policies
• Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and payroll administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• Proactive and customer‑oriented approach to problem‑solving
• Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field
