Job Description:
Role: Airport Partnerships & Growth Manager - India Market
The Airport Partnerships & Growth Manager will oversee partnerships with Indian airports and local authorities, negotiate support agreements, liaise with stakeholders, and maximize airport incentives. Responsibilities include tracking and reporting support schemes and maintaining strong relationships with industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Compliance: Oversee support package conditions, advise management on terms, processes, and KPIs.
- Sourcing & Negotiation: Secure deals for new routes and renegotiate existing route terms.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as primary contact for airport partnership matters and coordinate with internal teams.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain partnerships tracker, report progress, and resolve discrepancies.
- Continuous Improvement: Review and enhance procedures for efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, preferably in aviation.
- Degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience in negotiating agreements with authorities.
- Understanding of airline industry, airport charges, and operations preferred.
- Familiarity with India’s airport regulations and policies.
- Knowledge of partnership structures at Indian airports.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with legal agreement drafting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and analyze data effectively.
