Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

• Manage Local and Foreign Workers administration matters.
• Handle the Foreign Workers Management including applying new foreign workers, renewal of permit and passport, Special Pass, FOMEMA, Hostel.
• Manage the employee disciplinary matters and able to advise on appropriate disciplinary action to be taken commensurate to the misconduct committed.
• Conduct investigation and Domestic Inquiry (major misconduct) or attend conciliation at IR or Labour Department whenever required.
• Handle and follow up on all HR related correspondence.
• Assist and oversee company policy, rules / regulation and implementation.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Oversee the overall admin general maintenance of office and facilities.
• Perform general admin tasks.
• Prepare HR reports and assist in HR audits.

Authority

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and local labor regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
• Willing to work 5.5 days a week.

Competency

Education level / Qualification: At least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource / Management / Business/ Human Sciences or equivalent from recognized universities.

Experience: 1 year in Human Resource is added advantage.
