A leading engineering consulting firm in Johor is seeking a dedicated HR professional to manage human resources and office administration. Responsibilities include recruitment, payroll processing, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws, and office management. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR best practices and be proficient in Mandarin. Servicios
5-day work week
Medical allowance: RM 600 per year
Annual leave: 14 days, increasing by 2 days every 2 years

Formación
Minimum 4 years of relevant HR/generalist experience.
Process monthly payroll including statutory deductions.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
Coordinate training programs as needed.
Manage office supplies and correspondence.
Conocimientos
Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of HRMS/payroll systems
Proficiency in Mandarin
Organizational and time management skills
Educación
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field
