An HR Services Provider in Penang is seeking an experienced professional to manage payroll processes and oversee employee compensation and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience, a relevant degree, and strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act. Responsibilities include payroll management, compliance, and data analysis. This role offers the opportunity to enhance HR systems and procedures while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process and ensuring accurate, timely salary payments in full compliance with statutory and company requirements. This role oversees the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including insurance, leave, and employee welfare, while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality. The incumbent supports audits, prepares HR cost analyses, and assists in salary review and incentive exercise.
