The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinating with hiring managers, and sourcing candidates through various platforms. Ideal candidates should have 1–2 years of HR experience, strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, and the ability to juggle multiple recruitment assignments. - Handle end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through recruitment platforms (Ricebowl, Maukerja, JobStreet, LinkedIn, etc.) and other channels
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates professionally
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records
- Prepare basic HR reports related to recruitment and hiring progress
- Support onboarding process and basic HR administrative tasks when required
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labour regulations
