We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior HR & Admin Executive to join our team at SOGREAT ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD in Gelang Patah Johor. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our HR strategies and overseeing the day-to-day administration of the company.

What you'll be doing
  • Managing the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Overseeing payroll, benefits, and other HR-related administrative tasks
  • Providing HR guidance and support to managers and employees. Prepare memos and minutes of meetings, provide support for policy review and renewal, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Coordinating and organising employee engagement activities and training programmes
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
  • Manage payroll and benefits, including MTD, SOCSO, EIS, EPF, PCB, and HRDF contributions.
  • Handle the recruitment of foreign expatriates’ work permit and employment passes applications and renewal. Represent the company at events and government agencies when required.
  • Manage EA FORM & E-FILING Submission.
  • Manage JKKP & all license applications and renewals.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR generalist or administrative role, preferably in the manufacturing or technology industry
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and administrative procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certification in HR management or administration is an advantage
