The HR & Admin Executive is a key player in ensuring smooth organizational operations. They bridge employee needs with company goals, manage administrative systems, and uphold compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Human Resources Functions
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Draft job descriptions, post vacancies, screen CVs, and coordinate interviews
Employee Relations & Performance
  • Address grievances and enforce disciplinary actions in line with labor laws
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and support career development
Training & Development
  • Assess training needs and coordinate internal/external programs
  • Maintain training records and manage training budgets
  • Administer payroll, insurance renewals, and employee claims
  • Manage competitive compensation strategies to attract and retain talent
Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure adherence to labor regulations and internal governance policies
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
Administrative Functions
Office Operations
  • Oversee office supplies, logistics, and vendor coordination
  • Manage filing systems, mail handling, and meeting preparations
Corporate Governance
  • Support board meetings, AGMs, and regulatory filings
  • Liaise with corporate secretaries and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Event & Communication Management
  • Organize company events and internal communications
