A leading banking institution in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an individual to ensure accurate processing of registration and maintenance requests while meeting established SLAs and KPIs. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, and proficiency in MS applications is required. The role offers opportunities for team management and continuous operational improvement.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates welcome.
  • Proven skills in supervising and motivating a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Process registration and maintenance requests accurately.
  • Ensure all SLAs and KPIs are met consistently.
  • Participate in BCP/DRP testing in line with Group requirements.
  • Manage and train junior and new staff effectively.
