Responsibilities

• Lead resource capability and demand allocation for IH2.
• Act as primary contact for resource demand and allocation.
• Track demand fulfillment and manage vendor relationships.
• Perform vendor performance activities for quality demand fulfillment.
• Inventorize resources' skills and availability for chargeability assessment.
• Work with Procurement on Work Order demands and execution.
• Consolidate lessons learnt for continuous improvement.
• Drive transition of demand tracking to PPM.
• Report resource demand insights to upper management regularly.
