About the role

Kuantan Clinical Diagnostic Centre Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Kuantan, Pahang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare facility.

What you'll be doing

• Dispense and counsel patients on prescription and over-the-counter medications
• Monitor patient medication regimens and provide recommendations to optimise therapy
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medication information
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to pharmacy practice
• Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with industry developments
• Contribute to the growth and development of the pharmacy department

What we're looking for

• Registration as a Pharmacist with the Malaysian Pharmacy Board
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist in a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical principles, drug information, and medication management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and professional ethics
