Job Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Malaysia’s Employment Act 1955 and other labour laws
  • Administer payroll, leave management, and employee benefits
  • Develop HR policies and procedures to support company growth and employee engagement
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters
  • Organize training, workshops, and team development activities
  • Manage daily finance operations including invoicing, payment processing, and petty cash
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and budgets
  • Maintain proper bookkeeping and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts
  • Support management in financial planning, cost control, and resource allocation
Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR and/or Finance roles
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, HR best practices, and statutory requirements
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
