What you will do

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions to exceed expectations.
  • Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommending suitable candidates, and ensuring successful onboarding.
  • Manage high-volume sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, and talent database.
  • Maintain workforce stability by ensuring high attendance, low attrition, and provide timely replacements when needed.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to create a reliable and engaged talent pool.
