A local marketing company in Chemor, Perak is seeking an HR Assistant to manage daily HR tasks, including documentation and compliance for foreign workers. Candidates should possess a minimum of SPM qualification and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential. The role includes assisting with payroll, documentation, and conducting orientations for new hires.

Minimum 2 years experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skill(s): must be computer literate, Microsoft Office
Responsible & willing to learn
Possess Human Resource related qualification and/or experiences would be an added advantage & priority for immediate recruitment.
Assist in daily HR administration, documentation, and filing.
Oversee HR operations including accurate maintenance of employee records, payroll processing & attendance tracking.
Assist in PLKS/passport renewal, FOMEMA, foreign workers insurance, passport monitoring and other related matters.
Handles all the foreign workers pass application and liaise directly with Immigration Department of Malaysia to compliance with relevant Acts and legal requirements.
Maintaining accurate and confidential records of all foreign worker documentation, including passports, contracts, insurance policies, and work permit.
Conduct specific orientation programs for new foreign workers to introduce them to company policies, safety rules, and workplace culture.
Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Any other ad hoc jobs as required by the superior from time to time.
