• Fluency in Mandarin is required to communicate with suppliers in China.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.

• Previous experience in e-commerce, purchasing, or related fields is an advantage.
• Source products globally—particularly from suppliers in China—negotiate favourable deals, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Evaluate and compare suppliers to ensure reliability, quality, and competitive pricing.
• Coordinate with suppliers on payments, logistics, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure inbound stock is accurately received, tagged, and processed by internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments (warehouse, fulfilment, accounts) to align procurement strategies with business needs.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor, including functional responsibilities and special tasks.
