Resumo da oferta
A leading solutions provider in Petaling Jaya seeks a Senior Purchasing Executive & Junior Executive to manage supplier negotiations, oversee procurement activities, and maintain inventory levels. Candidates should have a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management, experience in the construction industry is a plus. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required along with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Qualificações
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in the construction industry would be an added advantage.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Responsabilidades
- Research and identify reliable suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and contracts.
- Keep track of inventory levels and monitor stock.
Conhecimentos
Formação académica
Research and identify reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with Site team on purchases and issue purchase orders based on purchasing requests.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts and supplier information.
Yearly supplier performance review.
Keep track of inventory levels, monitor stock and reorder supplies as needed to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
Ensure timely submission of all invoices and delivery orders to the Finance Department.
To perform other related duties as assigned by the superior.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or any relevant field.
Experience in the construction industry would be an added advantage for this position.
Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word & SQL Software.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
