Job description

Are you a self-motivated, result driven individual looking to working in a fast paced environment? If you are such an individual, we are keen to explore the opportunity to have you on board.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and monitor purchase requisitions for proper authorization, specification and compliance. Follow up with market trend in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.
• Process day-to-day sourcing, purchasing and inventory planning activities with focus on reducing cost or minimize price increase without compromising quality and compliance to sourcing guidelines.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Co-ordinate with Finance department with regards to suppliers invoice and payment issues.
• Understand customer needs and manage the sales process.
• Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conducting follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Working closely with other sales team members, marketing, and warehouse to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.

Requirements
