A construction support company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a candidate to assist in contract administration. Responsibilities include coordinating site operations and monitoring tool movements. Ideal for fresh graduates with qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Business Administration. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential, especially for client interaction. Providing and assisting on contract administration support.
To coordinate between site and office.
To monitor on machines, excavators, cranes, movement.
Tracking on all counter weights, steel plate and tool movement.
To assist on ISO (Document control).
Assist in handling quotations, negotiation, and pricing.
Assist with all pre‑contract documentation.
To assist and perform any other related task assigned by the Management and Purchasing & Contract Manager.
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or its equivalent qualification.
Fresh graduates and entry‑level candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
Prior exposure to construction industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
Immediate availability is preferred.
