As a Sales Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication, handling customer inquiries, and driving efficiency within the sales processes. This position is ideal for self-motivated individuals with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks to support the sales process.
  • Manage and track client communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, calls, and appointments for sales executives.
  • Prepare and update sales presentations, reports, and other materials.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions, maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain customer databases and sales management software, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals, quotations, and contracts for potential clients.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Track sales performance and provide insights and reports to the sales team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a sales support role.

Working Hours:
