A property development company based in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Credit Admin cum End Financing specialist. The role involves managing credit control and financing processes, monitoring loan documentation, and ensuring timely payments. Candidates should have 2–4 years of relevant experience and a degree in finance or a related field. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is necessary, and knowledge of Malaysian housing loan procedures is highly preferred. This position offers a comprehensive role in a dynamic environment.
Position Summary: The Credit Admin is responsible for supporting the company’s credit control and financing functions which including manage End Financing (EF) processes from start to finish for property buyers.
The role ensures accurate documentation, monitoring of credit facilities, and timely follow-up on payments. This position works closely with the finance, sales, and operations teams to maintain proper records, liaise with banks/customers, and support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project accounting, financial analysis, and compliance, particularly within the property development industry.
