A Reputable Property Development Firm based in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Business Development Manager. This role requires a minimum of 8 years in the real estate industry and involves market analysis, strategy development, and partnership management. The ideal candidate should possess a recognized degree, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Possess a recognized degree or equivalent professional qualifications in any discipline.
- At least 8 years of working experience in real estate or property development.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Research new markets and analyze feasibility for land/projects.
- Develop growth strategies and manage development pipelines.
- Build relationships with investors, tenants, contractors, and government bodies.
- Prepare and present proposals and negotiate terms.
- Liaise with authorities and manage investor relations.
- Track KPIs and report on progress.
